Shipping



All orders are shipped same day the order is placed if the order is placed M-F before 3pm Central Time, and Saturday before 1pm, Central Time (sample requests excluded). Orders received after the specified time will be placed the following day, including overnight orders. There is no shipping service available on Sundays. All orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. USPS and Fed Ex do not include weekends and holidays in their delivery calendar.

Sample requests may take 4-6 weeks, and backorders may take longer.

International orders are sent through the US Postal Service. While we ship all over the world, we cannot track or guarantee packages through postal service, especially once the package leaves the US. We offer free ground shipping only for US orders over $100, and International orders over $200.

International shipping charges do not include any international fees such as duties, tariffs and other custom fees. Any international fee placed on the package by the customs office is the responsibility of the customer. If you experience a delay in the arrival of your package please contact your customs office first to see if the package is being held there.

We have many customers order product overnight and 2 day express. We understand and sympathize with your urgency and happily provide this service to you. Please be aware and understand that FedEx does not count Saturday or Sunday, or holidays in processing and delivering an order. If you place an overnight order after 3pm on a Thursday, your order will not go out until Friday morning and FedEx will deliver your package on Monday. FedEx will consider your package to be delivered correctly. We will not refund shipping charges in the event the package is delivered correctly but took longer in arriving then you expected. We strongly recommend that you place your order as soon as you are able to ensure a speedy arrival. And we will continue to work on making our products available in stores near you.

Return and Exchange Policy



Our return policy allows us to keep our products affordable, allows us to mail samples, and offer great sales and promotions. Our return policy is also due to the fact that many of our customers get complete results before the bottle or jar is finished.

All opened items are non-refundable. All products purchased on sale, clearance or through other promotions are non-refundable. Products purchased through a third party such as another distributor are non-refundable. Select products which can be sampled prior to purchase, such as Rosacea Relief are non-refundable in full size. Other circumstances can be approved for refund, exchange or store credit on a case by case, pre-approved basis by contacting us at returns@kopecnaturals.com . You must contact us first before you ship the product back to us. If your request is approved we will request the unopened item be shipped backed to us with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping charges for returns and exchanged items will be the purchaser's responsibility. There will be a 15% restocking/handling fee subtracted from your refund for approved and unopened returned items. There will be an additional charge if the item (label included) is damaged due to your personal use or inadequate packaging. We do not issue credit back to your credit card account nor Paypal account, a refund check will be issued within 30 days should your return be approved. Should you have any questions, please email us before making a purchase.

Kopec Naturals will not be held responsible for returned items which have been damaged or broken in shipment due to inadequate packing. An additional fee will be subtracted from your refund due to inadequate packing that may cause damage to any part of the bottle, jar or label.

If you receive a product which has been damaged in shipment or shipped in error, please contact us immediately at (972)890-5921 or admin@kopecnaturals and we will promptly rectify the situation at no shipping cost to you.

Our Pricing



All our pricing is based on our cost to make our remedies. It is our intention to keep our products as afforbable as possible based on our costs.

We use the finest grades of essential oils. We use ingredients that are processed through natural and not chemical processes. Our oils are cold pressed, our liquids steam distilled. The way an ingredient is processed can make a significant difference in the way the body responds. It also means that if you have tried another brand with similar ingredients and did not get results, it may have been the way their ingredients were processed.

Many of our remedies are a valuable alternative to prescription medicines which can be so much costlier both to your bank account and to your long term health.
